Eligibility

Must be current or former NPA pawnbroker member

  • “Former” pawnbroker refers to:
    • An individual who has retired from the industry
    • An individual who was a pawnbroker, but is currently employed as/with an Industry Partner
    • An individual who is both a pawnbroker and an Industry Partner

 

Terms:

  • Understand the program has participant limits – first come, first served – once participant max has been reached, you will be offered next level participation and/or a seat on a waiting list
  • Calendar year for program will run September 1, 2025 through September 1, 2026.
  • Commitments are annual, with first right of refusal for following calendar year.
  • Program launch: July 15th, 2PM EST.
  • Proceeds will be utilized to financially support NPA general operations, which includes legislative advocacy
  • Invoices will be sent for payment which can be made via check or ACH

 

The NPA is a financially solvent 501C-6 not-for-profit trade association supporting the pawn industry nationwide. The funds raised through this campaign will be utilized to support the general operations of the organization, to include lobbying and legislative activity.

Individual contributions to section 501(c)(6) organizations are not deductible as charitable contributions on the donor’s personal federal income tax return. Contributions by business entities are deductible if the entity determines it is an ordinary and necessary expense for the taxpayer’s business. Consult your accountant for further guidance.

Participation options will become available at 2PM EST on July 15th
