The 2020 Pawn Industry Benchmark Survey will provide real actionable insight into how your store performance compares to the industry standard.

WHEN: The survey is open now through October 16, 2020. The final anonymous statistics will be provided by Industry Insights, the company that NPA is partnering with for this project, no later than 01/04/21

ABOUT: Participant input is completely confidential and will not be made available to anyone, including NPA. All that’s required to participate is your pawnshop’s 2019 financial reporting data. All respondents will receive a complimentary copy of the final report. As an added exclusive, participants who are members of NPA will receive a customized store analysis that compares your store’s performance against the industry benchmark. This is a powerful and actionable tool for interpreting your results that you can only receive by participating in this landmark survey.
