Membership List Agreement Receive an annual of NPA pawnbroker membership list as a Platinum Industry Partner member. As an Industry Partner, you are able to purchase mailing labels for a nominal cost of $0.25 per label + $12.50 for shipping & handling. Labels will contain company name, contact person and address.
